Job Description:

Small Business Digital Adoption and Engagement Consultant will report to the Head of Small Business Digital.  This role will be responsible for cultivating our digital adoption within our Small Business client base to improve their use of tools to  effectively run their businesses.  Role will include defining and implementing a comprehensive strategy, improve client experience, lower service cost and retention.

This role requires the candidate to work closely with partners within digital (to identify and develop improved functionality) and with many other stakeholders, including analytics, field sales/service, phone sales, phone service, marketing, and human resources.

The candidate must have experience in leading large-scale projects that involve a diverse set of stakeholders and development of close partnerships.  This role will strengthen the candidate's network broadly within the bank and position them well for future advancements..

Required Skills:

Strong collaboration skills needed to effectively gather information and syndicate ideas in a large, matrixed organization

Excellent communications, both written and verbal.

Strong analytical skills to be able to evaluate ideas, prioritize initiatives, quantify benefits, and evaluate performance. 

Understanding of sales/service model in banking and what can effectively drive desired behaviors and outcomes

Desired Skills:

Knowledge of, and proficiency in digital product and/or project management space with 5+ years of experience

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
