Be part of a team that applies its expertise and knowledge to technical projects, finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve products, techniques, procedures, and R&O technologies. You will design and develop new ideas and solutions for aftermarket product as well as current products modification and improvements based on in-service issues and market strategy. You are responsible for design and implementation of R& O mechanical parts, subassemblies and product improvements.

+ Engineering assistance
+ Write specifications
+ Cost estimation
+ 3D modeling
+ Maintenance, integration and development of repair processes.
+ Engineering support to all Honeywell Aerospace R&O facilities
+ Value Creation Project Management and Execution
+ Travel to the US and/ or internationally required
YOU MUST HAVE
+ Bachelors Degree in Mechanical Engineering
+ 2+ years Aerospace experience
+ 1+ years FAA regulations experience
+ 2+ years using Microsoft office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Outlook)
+ Due to export control regulations, this position requires US citizenship status.
+ Industrial design talent
+ Greenbelt/ DFSS
+ Knowledge of Data Quest analysis
+ Some aftermarket experience
+ Knowledge of ORI, TPCR, service bulletins, equivalence letters
+ Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing and aftermarket technical documentation proficiency experience
+ Some Manufacturing Engineering/ Industrial Systems automation experience
+ Ability to work independently
+ Willingness to learn new technologies
+ An open, honest and team oriented personality
+ Eagerness to get involved in hands-on work
+ Some experience developing products or sustaining existing products
+ Experience in a highly regulated and safety critical domain
+ Location:Road 110 KM 5.9., Aguadilla, PR 00604 PRI
+ Must be a US Citizen due to contractual requirements.
